which resturant to view wishes

We are going to Orlando in Oct. This trip we plan on just going to Universal and Seaworld but we would like to eat dinner at one of the Disney Resorts and plan it around watching Wishes. Which resort/Resturant and what time should I make the PS?

The California Grill! If you are lucky you'll get a table by the window, but if not...there is always the observation deck just for the resturant. They pipe in the music, the view is perfect, and of course the food at the CG is awesome!!!
