Which restaurants to avoid with fish allergy?

I have a newly diagnosed fish allergy. I had thought it was only anchovies and thought tuna would be fine since I've always eaten it. Very wrong! I now am avoiding all fish and adding shell fish to boot just because I'm too afraid to test anymore.

We are planning our first trip to WDW so I am not familiar with the restaurants. I know to avoid obvious sounding ones like Coral Reef, but others I may not know what they serve. What places do those of you with fish allergies avoid? What places do you especially like?

My son's allergy is shellfish, but the only place that has ever had a problem with it is Columbia Harbor House and only recently. Their new allergy menu has a printed warning on it that if you have a fish or shellfish allergy they suggest you eat elsewhere.
He ate at coral reef just fine. I would probably avoid it just because of a lack of variety for you more than for safety.

You can go to pretty much any restaurant and avoid being served seafood. Note the allergy on your reservation.

If your allergy is not of the type where you can't be in the same room as the seafood, then you can go anywhere. There will be non-seafood options and if it is necessary, they will make separate plates off-menu for you. I assume that Columbia Harbor House is concerned about cross-contamination, which is difficult to avoid at a quick service place - but you can go to any table service.

Saw a complaint once about Teppan Edo, only because the food is cooked on the table. They will arrange it so the allergy meals are cooked first, but if your allergy is of the type that you cannot sit that close to seafood being cooked, you may want to avoid that one too.

They can also prepare a meal in the kitchen instead of at the hibachi table if one is really worried about cross-contamination.

This all came on so suddenly that I don't even know if I can be around fish cooking. I think I have to eat it for a reaction but not entirely sure.
