I know that the Biergarten in Germany has a wonderful Reisling wine flight. It was delishes

For the novice over here... What is a wine flight???

I am not a big drinker, which is ironic since my husband owns a large liquor store! However, I love a good glass of wine and am curious about this wine flight thing!

Basically it's a sampler of different kinds of wines. Typically they're all the same color (red or white) and sometimes the same type of wine but from different vinyards. The pours, generally, are smaller than the usual glass of wine too.

Actually I'm not sure V&A has wine flights. Wine pairings, certainly, but can't recall ever seeing anyone with a wine flight there...?
