...do you have to pay a deposit or pay in full in advance when you book an ADR?
I know this is necessary for some but not all.

we are not putting a deposit on the reservation but holding it with our credit card. When we go to the restaurant we usually pay in full.

I remember from the past that meals like the Hoop De Doo and CRT required payment in full at time of booking...is this not still true and are there other situations where the ADR requires payment now.
