Which restaurants are higher in difficulty to book

There is movement so keep checking. I am staying off site and am still over a month away from my trip. I was able to book Space 220 restaurant pretty easily 60 days out at 6 am. For the lounge, I stumbled upon one reservation while randomly checking. Unfortunately it conflicted with other plans. I signed up for a free alert through a website and was notified a couple days later that a lounge reservation was available on the date I was looking for. I dropped my restaurant reservation and picked up the lounge one.

Garden Grill is great for breakfast if you want to get into Epcot early and be first in line for Soarin'.
