Planning our big 25th anniversary meal and trying to decide between Le Cellier or the Yachtsmen, it will be four adults and three teens. We all like steak/chicken and some seafood. Staying at BCV so trying to pick a place close by and before we do the Illuminations cruise. Thanks for any help......

Forgot to mention that we will not be on the dining plan. Thanks..

While I have not eaten at Le Cellier (yet) I have eaten at Yachtsmen twice and loved it. I don't think you can go wrong there. It can be a little pricey, but I think it's worth it :thumbsup2 . Congrats on your 25th anniversary!!!!!

We have never tried LeCellier but we go to the Yachtsman on every trip. The food is terrific and the atmosphere is wonderful. I have 2 teenage DS's and they really look forward to going also!

Given your big celebration, I'd do Yachtsman, which is a much more high end restaurant than Le Cellier (and it is closer to the boat dock where the cruise launches from).

I think there are finer restaurants that those two, but since you asked us to make a choice, I would pick LeCellier based on a very negative experience we had at Yachtsman.....although I know people love that steak restaurant, we were sadly disappointed.

I'd say Yachtsman Steakhouse. We've eaten dinner at each only once so we haven't yet had the opportunity to be disappointed at either, but Yachtsman has more of the "fancy" feel to it. And since you're not on the dining plan you won't have to "pay double" to eat there!

The Illuminations Cruise seals it -- Yachtsman Steakhouse is the 2nd closest restaurant to the dock! (After Yacht Club Galley ;) )

There are also some restaurants in the Swan/Dolphin complex you might consider (Shulas, bluezoo, and Il Mulino), and many people think Flying Fish on the Boardwalk is one of the top restaurants at WDW. All of these are closer to the dock than Le Cellier.

I forgot to mention that I plan to have a anniversary cake delivered to which ever restaurant I go with, I assume this will not be a problem. By the way, since we staying at BCV, which bakery would you chose, the one at the Beach Club or the Boardwalk bakery, decisions, decisions. Thanks again for all those who replied, much appreciated....
