Which Restaurant to Celebrate Husbands 40th B-day??

Heading down to WDW in honor of my husbands 40th b-day. This is our 1st family trip to the world - our boys are 4 & 6. I really want them to get a kick out of celebrating daddy's b-day as well. these are the restaurants we're planning on going to:

Wolfgang Pucks
Garden Grill
Crystal Palace
Sci-Fi
The Plaza Restaurant
JIKO (without kids)
Chef Mickeys
Coral Reef

I'm thinking maybe Chef Mickey's?? what do you al think? i realize its a buffet , will they still sing if i let them know its a b-day? or do you think another restaurant will do better??

his b-day is actaully 3 weeks later, so i want to just pick one day to surprise him.

I would think Whispering Canyon Cafe would be allot of fun for a 40th birthday. Chef Mickey would be good too, and they would sing "Happy Birthday", but I think the waiters/waitresses at Whispering Canyon would be lots of fun.

GO there....for a birthday especially I just got a tip from these boards that you can hire a diver to swim in the tank with a personal message to your husband SO FUN. This was the phone number that a fellow diser posted for me.......Coral Reef diver was 407-560-6784. I thought this was a GREAT treat and def. something I didn't know about the restaurant.
