I would say WCC for two reasons.

One is there is more of a variety.

The other is that all the HDD food is cooked at once (in theory) and so a lot ofd it has probably been sitting around on a steam table, as all Guests are served at about the same time. At WCC the food is more cooked to order and would be fresher.

I chose WCC because we really like the food and atmosphere there. However, we have never been to Hoop Dee Doo, so I am a little bias. WCC is really fun for the kids too because they do horse races around the restaurant and the waitstaff is hilarious. Oh yeah....don't forget to ask for ketchup

Having eaten at both numerous times I'd say it's really a toss-up. Both serve excellent food and have very similar offerings. To choose between them I'd go with the experience they offer. If you're looking for a dinner show go with HDDR. If you'd prefer a fun meal where you can order off the menu go with WCC. If you're using DDP credits and don't want to spend 2 go with WCC. If you have them to burn go with HDDR.

Either way you'll have a great meal and a lot of fun!
