Which Restaurant for dinner on new years eve?

This will be our first visit to WDW during the christmas season . I am wondering what is the best place to be for a fantastic New Years Eve. I am gong with my DH, DD age 6 and DS age 7. I would love to know your recommendations. Possbly the best time for Dinner as well as where to catch any good fireworks.
