which rest. to eat at, to see castle

We're doing a character meal the night we get there, and doing MK the next day, so the night we get there I wanted to eat where we could see the castle, I don't know which restaurant that would be, chef mickeys at contemporary or 1900 PF at the grand floridian.

You can't see the castle from Chef Mickey's. At 1900 Park Fare if you are able to see the castle at all it you would have to be seated in the back room. I can't remember if there is a castle view from there because we have always sat in the main part of the dining room. The best view in my opinion would be from Ohana's at the Poly, but that doesn't offer a character meal at night.
You can always have dinner at either and then walk outside for a view.
