Need your helpful input on our next vacation to Disney. We have always stayed at the Value Resorts but next year we are going to be either 5 or 6 and other than getting 2 rooms I would like to know what you would recommend as a resort. We want to keep the price down as much as possible since we aren't in the room very much. Let me know what you'd recommend and why. Thanks-

I am assuming there is no child under 3. You can put five in a room at POR, with one child sleeping on a trundle that pulls out from under a bed. (just to give you an idea, when we were at POR my daughter, then 15, 5' tall, 100 lbs. stretched out on the trundle and it was about as long as she was tall. She said she could have slept on it if she had to.) You can also put five in a standard room at all deluxes except WL & AKL. Six in a room just isn't possible in any standard room unless one is a child under three.

Give us some more details and maybe we can give you some more ideas.

Thanks. It would be 2 or 3 adults and 3 kids-2 eight year olds and a 5 year old. Probably will be the 2 adults and the 3 kids and with that, we really could do any room with 2 beds since we can sleep 3 and 2 without any problems.

Don't forget there are family suites at All Stars that hold six. One queen bed, one sleeper sofa, one twin sized convertable chair and one convertable ottoman.

After that you'd have to look into renting a 2 bedroom at a DVC resort.

The Wilderness cabin can hold 6. But I would rather book 2 value rooms then one larger room elsewhere because it would be much cheaper.
