Which resort to choose from?

We're planning on visiting WDW in Feb. for 4 days after 4 days at Universal. I'm not sure which resort to choose from. It seems we're leaning towards one of the luxury hotels. I think I have it narrowed down to GF, Beach/Yacht Club or possibly the Poly. The cost is about the same for all of them. Each seems to have pros and cons. GF and Poly seem more attractive because of their location, but the pool appears nicer at the BC. Perhaps it will be too cold in Feb. to use the pool anyway. Our children are 12 and 9. I'd appreciate any opinions. Thank you!

Hi!

Decisions, decisions! It is very tough. I think the biggest factor will be what parks will most interest the kids. Keep in mind that the YC/BC will be close to two theme parks, MGM and Epcot, which is convenient.

All of the pools are heated in the winter months. So, the water temp will be fine for swimming.

I personally like both areas for different reasons. The decision is usually so tough for me that I end up splitting my stay between both areas. LOL As far as the actual room amenities, you'll find them realtively similar between the Deluxe resorts you mentioned.

I would pick the Poly. Your kids will love it, and it is the most convenient resort on property to both MK and Epcot.

If your children like to swim, they will LOVE YC/BC's Stormalong Bay. They could easily fall in love with this pool and spend most of the trip there.

I myself would opt for the BC...it's a tough call, but I think the pool is such an attraction with kids, plus you can't beat the walking distance to EPCOT. MGM is also so close, and then of course you have the boardwalk at your fingertips, which the Poly or GF doesn't have. It just seems to offer a lot more. I do love the monorail resorts also though...

I guess alot of it depends on what parks you are planning on visiting.
