Which resort? - Large family group

Just got put in charge of planning a famuily reunion at WDW, April 2006. We have 8 adults and 5 kids in our group, ages 3 to 12. Looking to keep costs reasonable, but one brother wants a suite for his family of four or at least adjoining rooms with kids in one and he and his wife in the other. We want to stay at the same resort. Any suggestions?

I'd say CBR. It has an overall fun and tropical atmosphere that makes it great for large groups. It's also a moderate resort so the price is not as high as it is at deluxes. My family had a reunion there and the CM's were simply fantastic. They even went out of their way and did silly things like writing "Happy Reunion!" in each room on the tops of the mirrors.

Unfortunately, I dont think they have suites there (not too sure on that) but we were all able to get 6 rooms all right next to each other, and every other room was adjoined to the one next to it.

Look into renting points from DVC members. Villas are great for faimlies who want to share space or be alone in a studio. They also offer lots of room to gather as a group.

Years and years ago we had a reunion and stayed in 3 treehouses all in a row. It was great.

I say PoR or FQ! I have heard they have adjoining rooms and they definitly have nice kings w/ river views!, they even have fridges and coffee makers but u won't be breaking the bank. the theming is great and there is sooo much to do at these resorts, something for everyone.

Fishing, biking,waterspots good food courts and sit down boatwrights, lounges, quick walk between the two resorts and a nice boat to DTD!!!!!!
