Which resort has great counter-service b'fast?

We have one morning set aside to explore a resort from our home resort of Old Key West and wonder which has a fun and good counter-service b'fast?

I may be biased But, I'm gonna say Captain Hook's at Polynesian

Saratoga Springs has a yummy breakfast pizza. You can take the boat there from OKW and make a nice morning of it.

POFQ has a decent breakfast - but I wouldn't call it "great." I don't know if I've ever had "great" counter service food at WDW.

DH and I have always loved the breakfast platters at any of the mods or values, the food at all of them tastes the same to us. Love the cinny rolls in the pastry section.

Captain Cooks has the Tonga Toast which is awesome!!!
