WHich resort has best pool?

Looking for opinions (especially from a 7-yr old point of view!) on the best pool. Especially note any slides, etc. ALSO -- pls note how "shallow" the "shallow" end is... we have a 2 yr old and it would be nice if she could stand in the "big" pool!

I would say that the Beach Club has the best pool. It is like a mini water park, but has shallow areas for the 2 year old.

The best slide is at Coronado Springs, but other than the slide, it is just "a pool".

Hands down the best disney pool is stormalong bay at YC/BC. We first stayed at YC when our oldest was 2. He is now almost 12 and stands 5'4"!! At every stage, this is the 'ultimate' in resort pools for all of our children.

I have to say that our favorite pool is AKL!! We have a 2 and 4 year old and with their "zero depth" entry level at AKL, it is awesome for our children! They can walk right in and go as far as they are comfortable with...it worked out great for us and actually helped my 4 year old with his swimming...He seemed to get more comfortable with the depth as he played...I love AKL and can't wait to go back!!

CSR has the best pool area, with the playground, arcade, bar and grill, hair station and slide. They also have a volleyball court and largest hot tub on property

I'm staying at the Poly for the first time in October. Can anyone tell me about the new volcano pool and quiet pool? Do both have kiddie pools? I see that the volcano pool has zero entry also which is so nice to have. Thanks!

I am anxiously awaiting some codes for January 03 so we can try out YC/BC. However, the AKL pool is wonderful, especially for the little one. There is also the slide and deeper areas for your older child as well. The pool side bar is conveniently close to the pool too!

I'm at WDW right now The pool is a very big issue for me. I love the pool at the Polynesian. It is great to be able to sit in the shallow end and have my toddler splash around. The pool isn't so large that I loose track of my 7yr old and my 3 yr old goes as deep as he wants. They also have a fountain area next to the pool and the beach is right there It's a lot of fun to watch the MK fireworks while your swimming in the pool. We are at the BWV now and I really miss the pool at the Polynesian.

Another vote for SAB. Although we are looking forward to sampling the AKL pool on our visit.
