Which Resort has best 1st & 2nd floor options?

Planning a trip in about 15 months. One member of our party of 7 (ages 23 through 71) doesn't do elevators/ One flight of stairs is fine.

We are long-time BWV owners, but are open to thoughts and ideas from any DVC resort.

At OKW only 3 of the buildings even have elevators. Many of the buildings are 3 stories but not all and it shouldn't be hard to get a ground level or 2nd floor.

OKW would be my first choice and SSR my second as they have open stairwells at the ends of the buildings. Make certain you put in a request for 1st floor for medical reasons and you should be good. I am assuming there is a phobia here and that should qualify but you don't need to explain it.
