Which resort for NYE

If you were to spend NYE at any Disney resort (no park tickets) which would you choose and why?

We are planning a Jan 2019 trip, but may be arriving a bit earlier so are thinking of book a room only for NYE. After new year we'll most likely head to POR.

Poly or Contemporary if you care a lot about fireworks. AKL if you want peace. Boardwalk for the most fun.

I couldn't stay at an Epcot resort without tickets. It would drive me crazy.

Fireworks views from the Epcot resorts are hit or miss, even outside. Worth noting. But the Boardwalk itself will be hop hop hop.

Although a CR, TPV will have a stunning view of the fireworks, I would probably choose Poly, make a reservation at O'hana for dinner and then watch the fireworks from the beach or spring for a TPV room there.

Poly would be hands-down the best. Good view of the fireworks from the beach along with music piped in.
