If you could only ever stay in one area of WDW for the rest of time where would you choose and why.

For me its Team Epcot all the way as I highly prefer the ease of access to 2 parks which makes up roughly half my days and I like the huge variety of food, entertainment, and festivals that are available.

I'm a walker. I love being out and about seeing sights while tiring out my legs. EPCOT resorts give me that opportunity. And even though it gets under my brother's skin, I still like to call BWV and BCV monorail resorts. Sure, it might take me 25 minutes to get to the station but that's a walk I will gladly take. Disney sold us on the concept of time and relaxation with DVC. A leisurely walk through EPCOT on my way to the monorail which will whisk me away to MK? Yes, please. Everyday.

Epcot. I don’t find the monorail to be a convenient form of transport, particularly to Epcot.

We purchased DVC AKV in May 2019 because we love it @ Jambo. But, we have yet to use our points for AKV. We stayed BCV for our "welcome home" booking-LOVED IT !!

We stayed @ Copper Creek SEpt/Oct. and it was lovely.

We stayed @ the villa Poly Moorea and it was great for MK park days.

We are staying @ Boardwalk villas in 6 days.

My top picks would be Beach Club Villas, GFV, Poly villas, Boardwalk for park days. But AKV is beautiful!

Although our home is BLT, we choose Epcot/HS. DW has warmed up a lot to BWV, and now that the scary clown is gone, she likes it even more. Flying Fish has usurped CG as her favorite TS. JellyRolls is a favorite for us. The list can go on and on, and I haven't even mentioned the parks! We have had a lot of pixie dust with our BWV/BCV waitlists this AP year.

If Team Animal Kingdom had meant "Able to walk to AK", I would have voted for that Since it doesn't, I went with Epcot

We are two peas in a pod, and your comment made it easier for me to answer. I was sitting on the fence with MK and Epcot. Firstly we have a hire car and we're not keen on parking at the TTC when visiting MK. Also, we love visiting the monorail resorts for dining etc which is a strong argument for me to choose MK. But walking to TWO parks, plenty of dining options at the Boardwalk, the Epcot resorts, and best of all, quick and easy access to the World Showcase wins out.

We’ve owned at BWV (and only BWV) for too long to not be on Team Epcot. We’ve stayed everywhere except SSR and have enjoyed them but always miss our BWV location!

When the kids were small I would've answer MK but as adults it is Epcot. We rarely visit MK or AK unless we're actually staying in one of the nearby venues.

We also are not fans of the monorail. It's fun for one ride per trip or so but beyond that i'm indifferent. Little different than the buses. Now the Skyliner, we adore it.

It is a real pleasure to walk to EPCOT and HS from BCV or BWV. This is why I am adding BCV. The walk is beautiful and at night the pathway is well-lit.

I bought at AKL because I love Jambo but I really liked being able to walk to the parks and two is better than one.

I prefer the Magic Kingdom area. H.S. and Epcot are my #3 and #4 favorites. Still love them both though! I love the monorail and enjoy riding over to Epcot, we usually walk from VGF and grab a bite to eat at Polynesian Capt. Cooks then head over.

I chose Team MK but only because DVC is for more than just me and for my family members, who have children, MK would have to win out,

But, I do split stays because Epcot is my favorite...could care less about Hollywood.

Epcot resorts.

2 parks, 5 hotels, 27 places to eat, shops, and 2 mini golf course. All with in walk distance. It expands to 9 hotels if you include the skyliner.
