I know if we all compared photo albums, most of the characters would be the same.....Mickey, Minnie, and so forth. I would love to know which "RARE" characters you have been lucky enough to get your picture taken with??? My most favorite rare characters to date are Cinderella's stepsisters and stepmother. We were fortunate enough to get a picture taken with all 3 at Disneyland's Mother's Day Brunch!!! They were awesome!!

BTW.....have any of you been lucky enough to get a photo with my favorite...Jiminy Cricket?

I don't know if he is rare or not, but we have pictures with the genie from Alladin.

We also have pinnochio, Gepetto, chip and dale, the bug from a bugs life, Captain Hook...

I cant think of any more right now.

Let's see I've seen Jimny Cricket, Beast, Donald & Daisy(with picutre), Strombolli, Penguin from Mary Poppins, Robin Hood, Shan yu(Mulan), and Mushu. Don't know if all of these are rare but they are my favorites that I only found a handful of times at most.

On our second ever trip, while waiting to see Mickey in the Judges tent at Toon Town, Peter Pan was out talking to the kids waiting in line to see the head Mouse. He ws just standing there, at the front of the line. keeping the kids occupied while waiting.

Have never seen him since....

I've read trip reports where people have seen Wendy. I'd love to see Wendy, but I haven't done so yet :(

I'd love to find Scrooge McDuck and Jiminy Cricket on one of my trips :)

I saw Jiminy Cricket on Main Street a few years ago. He was in one of the side streets before they expanded the emporium. i also saw all 7 Dwarfs at the same spot. I saw Peter Pan outside of POTC.

We took a picture of our oldest grandson when he was 4 with Donald Duck at MGM. (He's now 9). Several characters were there that morning at opening time.:D

We saw them all together in probably the same spot on our very first family trip. It was awesome. I don't know who was more excited, me or DH (DS just didn't get it yet with characters).

We did the family magic tour the same trip. At the end, our DS was getting a bit restless and wandered away from the group down into a path behind some bushes. Before we could retrieve him ourselves, who should bring him back but Peter Pan. DS wasn't surprised by it but the rest of the group was. Then Peter Pan took us over to "the best ride" as he called it. We got to the front of the line and rode immediately. Peter rode with all the kids (3-4 of them). Off to Neverland!! It was another memorable moment.

Bre'r Bear, King John (from Robin Hood), Govenor Radcliffe (Pocahontas),Warrior Mulan, The White Rabbit (Alice in Wonderland), Tweedles Dee and Dum (AIW), Honest John (Pinocchio),an Ewok (outside of Star Tours)....those are the only that spring to mind at the moment. We saw a LOT of rare villains it seems like last trip. I"ll have to go look at my album again and see who we got piccies with.

My Dw and I had our pictures made with Meeko. I'm not sure if that's rare but we had just raised two orphaned raccoons and had released them back into the wild the week before.

I one time in line seen this man that was so ugly I took a pic of him, I still have it

I saw Jimny Cricket at Epcot. He was with the Characters on Holiday group that travels in that double decker bus. I got lucky to be at one of their stops right when they got there to get his autograph and picture.

Finding characters is my family's favorite thing to do at Disney! :teeth: In my autograph books, I have signatures from 85 different characters. I guess my rarest are:

Jiminy Cricket - saw in mid May 2003 on the Epcot bus

Stromboli - saw in the Fantasyland Character Festival May 2003

Little John from Robin Hood - my, is he a tall bear! We saw him in January 2003 by City Hall

Malificent - saw in the Fantasyland Character Festival Jan 2003

Frollo - saw in Fantasyland Character Festival May 2003

Rebecca Cunningham - by Toontown Train Station Jan 2003

Snow White's Prince - saw him with Snow White in Fantasyland May 2003

The one that gave me the biggest thrill was Jiminy Cricket - I really was surprised when I saw him get off the Holiday bus! I did not expect to ever find him!

On my next October trip, I am looking for: Jane, Tarzan, Green Army Man, Kermit, Miss Piggy, Quasimodo, male Mulan characters, and the Snow Witch!

HugsForEeyore,

We saw Jane at the entrance to AK, the Snow Witch at the Villains Character Caravan in Fantasyland, Quasimodo at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and Kermit by Muppets Vision 3-D at MGM.

We heard Kermit and Piggy rotated, but we never did see Miss Piggy. :(

I can't believe you saw Little John! That's so cool.

We also saw Jiminy Cricket on Earth Day 2003 at MK.

Looking for characters is one of our absolute favorite things to do!
