Which Rainforest Cafe (RFC) can I use the Dinner/Lunch Voucher?

Okay, a few questions...

1. I've read that I don't need to PS for the RFC in DTD, but do I need to for the one in Animal Kingdom.

2. Can I use the Meal Vouchers (the $31 adult voucher) at both RFC locations?

3. Do you need a park ticket for the Animal Kingdom location? I read that its at the door entrance.

A PS for RFC at AK would probably be a good idea. It is pretty popular.

The vouchers are good only at the AK RFC

You do not need park admission to dine there. If driving, you might need to pay for parking (unless you are a Disney resort guest or have an AP)
