Which Radisson shuttle should we reserve?

Hi. We have booked 4 rooms at the Radisson the night before our cruise. We want to get to the port early enough to get on the ship when they open it up. What time should we book ourselves onto the shuttle?

Plus, do we need to reserve the return shuttle? Which one of those should we do?

We reserved the 10:30 shuttle (which left about 10:15) and got to the port about 10:45, we had to wait in line for the people checking people in to open up. We were probably about 25th in line to get on board when the doors opened.....

At the Radisson the 10:00 shuttle left about 5 minutes before ours.
