Which QS have the best indoor seating options?

We're going in July and we're planning to do quick-service for lunches.

Which restaurants (in each park) have the largest/best selection of air-conditioned seating?

Is the Backlot Express at HS inside? One site says it has indoor/outdoor seating.

Studios: ABC Commissary is large and indoors...but I prefer Backlot Express bc they let you have free refills on fountain drinks! I've been to Backlot Express in the summer, and since it's all shaded and open air, I've never been too hot in there.

MK: Pecos Bill Cafe is indoors and has plenty of seating

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, Electric Umbrella (SS is better)

Animal Kingdom: Pizzafari

Columbia Harbor House (MK), some parts of Pecos Bill(MK) seem more air conditioned than others but it does have a lot of seating, and Sunshine Seasons ( Epcot).

At MK, the upstairs of CHH, at MGM Pizza Planet, at Epcot Sunshine Seasons, and at AK Pizzafaria.

Cantina de San Angel allows seating inside the Hacienda restaurant in the afternoons, before the restaurant starts serving. However, they apparently don't bother to clean the tables or the floor at lunchtime.

Liberty Inn at the US pavilion and Yakitori House at the Japanese pavilion are fully indoors. That's about it for the World Showcase. Everything else is either outdoors or sheltered with no AC.

Interesting you should ask this question because sometimes if you are worn out and it is really hot out, you just can't fathom sitting outdoors for lunch! It bothers me about AK that being the least a/c park, there is no indoor seating for Flame Tree BBQ. Even though I prefer Flame Tree, we end up going to Pizzafari because it has a lot of indoor a/c. The food isn't bad at Pizzafari but I do prefer Flame Tree for food.

We like Sunshine Seasons in Epcot in the Land. It has plenty of seating and good choices for food too. We also like Columbia Harbour House in MK. It's not extremely large but has good choices for food too. We don't do a TS in Animal Kingdom so I can't help with that one.

Air Conditioned QS at each park:

MK: Cosmic Rays, Pecos Bills, Columbia Harbor House (upstairs is usually not crowded as well), Pinocchios

Epcot: Electric Umbrella, Sunshine Seasons, Yakatori House (Japan- it is small though), Liberty Tree Tavern (America)

DHS: Pizza Planet, ABC Commissary

AK: Pizzafari

I added red to my favorite in each park but that has a lot to do with preferences of each person. i did not highlight one for AK because I don't care for their indoor eatery.
