You need to be at least 18 for MyPoints and MileSource. CreationsRewards allows members as young as 13 with their parent's permission. All three programs allow multiple members from a single household. Check their terms of service and FAQs for details.

my kids (6 and 12) do Kidzeyes. They can cash out at 1000 points for $10. They get points from doing surveys -- usually the surveys are worth 300 to 500 points, so with just 2 or 3 they can cash out. My kids are thrilled to get that $10 check in their name!
