Which POR AB rooms have banquette bed?

Do most of the AB rooms have the small bed? I am helping a friend book a preferred room in AB, and we are looking at the resort map. We just wondered if specific buildings had the beds???

All rooms in AB have the murphy bed.

Only the preferred rooms will guarantee you to be in AB with the murphy if you are a party of 4.

If a party of 5, you are guaranteed to be in AB.

They are a party of 3, but they were wanting a preferred AB room. So if they book a preferred room, it will be in AB and therefore have the murphy bed?
