Which pools are we allowed to use?

We're DVC members as of last August. We'll be staying at OKW the end of June. I know that DVC members used to be able to use the pools at other DVC resorts, but I don't know if it's still allowed. I know that we can't use Stormalong Bay since the opening of BCV, but are we allowed to use the BWV pool? If we're allowed to pool hop to VWL, can we only use the quiet pool, or are we allowed to use the WL pool also? I don't want to go where we're not supposed to, but the pool at OKW is pretty boring.

DVC members staying on points can pool hop to any resort pool except Stormalong Bay at BC and the pool at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Pool hopping is always subject to crowd conditions at any given pool, and there are busy times of the year when pool hopping is suspended.

As long as "the end of June" doesn't fall into the Disney definition of "peak pool times", you should be able to pool hop to any of the resort pools (not just the "quiet" ones) except the two mentioned above.

You can always call ahead to make sure you don't make the trip only to be turned away.

We were in VWL during August and hopped to BW pool (Luna Park). During the week before xmas, my sister (staying in OKW) took her preteen girls on a massive 'hop-fest", as she termed it, going to BWV, Grand Floridian, and I *think* Polynesian...

Like the poster before me stated, just check ahead to be sure...

I understand that I cannot pool hop to Stormalong Bay if I am not staying at BCV.

In all fairness, the people staying at BCV should not be allowed to pool hop to anywhere. If I can't play in their pool, they can't play in mine!!!

I know Stormalong Bay is off-limits if we're staying at another DVC resort. But how about the BCV quiet pool? We're going to OKW in late May, and DS would love to see our other home (BCV) some afternoon, spend some time in the quiet pool, visit the Breezeway, etc.

I believe that it is only SAB that is off limits. The quiet pools at BCV and YC/BC are ok to hop to.
