Haha, if you're tired of seeing my itinerary questions, let me assure you I'm tired of asking them, lol. I had everything all set until in-laws came this weekend and wanted to change a couple things. So... I've gone through, re-worked some things and these are the two options I've narrowed it down to. My main goal in this is to have enough down time for the kids, since one has Autism and the other has Sensory Processing Disorder. The other goal is to maintain a normal bedtime routine/time as much as possible. Going end of June.

OPTION 1:

Thursday: Hollywood Studios, half day (9-1ish). Might do the Citrus Swamp tour that evening at 6:00.
Friday: Magic Kingdom with Pirates League at 9:00, stay till about 2:30 then catch the boat over to Fort Wilderness for Hoop Dee Doo at 4:00.
Saturday: Epcot (probably 9-2ish, going to skim Future World and then do mostly World Showcase). MIL is keeping the kids, and DH, myself and FIL are going into Old Town that evening for the car cruise etc...
Sunday: Sea World (probably most of the day, stay till 3 or 4)
Monday: Animal Kingdom (full day, stay till 4 or 5, ADR at Tusker House 12:50)
Tuesday: Discovery Cove (probably stay from 8:30 till 3:00 or so)
Wednesday: Magic Kingdom - spending the morning, 9-12. Then going back to our house for the afternoon. Back to MK for a 5:00 BBB, 6:50 CRT and then staying for MSEP and Wishes. This is in-laws last day with us.
Thursday: Magic Kingdom (probably go in from 12-4, want to be able to see FoF).

So this option has kids in bed on time every night except one, and with four half days. In-laws will get to experience all the Disney parks with us. My only concern is that if the FoF gets rained out on that Thursday we'll miss it altogether.

OPTION 2:

Thursday: Hollywood Studios, half day (9-1ish)
Friday: Magic Kingdom with Pirates League at 9:00, stay for FoF, leave after parade
Saturday: Sea World (probably most of the day, stay till 3 or so). Old Town that evening for us adults.
Sunday: free/non-park day. We'll do HDDR at 4:00. Other than that we'll hang around the house at the pool etc... Might go to the Citrus Swamp Tour.
Thursday: Have the day free for sleeping in, packing (we leave the next day) etc... then go into Epcot late afternoon, probably 3-9, stay for IllumiNations.

This option definitely gives more free time, though in-laws will miss Epcot. Has two late nights in a row, though it gives down time that Thursday, and then the next day Friday, we'll be driving home, so kids will sleep in the car.

So which one?
