Which places can you get a milkshake/smoothie as your drink?

What about smoothies at Earl of Sandwich? Can they count as a drink there? If not, what about getting one for dessert?

Tamu Tamu at the AK will give you a milkshake as dessert. They have tuna pita, turkey foccacia, or cheesebuger which comes with apples or chips, a drink and the milk shake. I ate the milk shake first to cool me down and then had lunch awhile later.

when DD was there a year and a half ago on free dining, everywhere she was able to order a speciality drink (shake or frozen drink) the server also offered her a free bottomless soft drink (e.g. diet coke)...

I think your DD was lucky. I have never had the server offer us both. A couple of times my DD asked for a soda in addition to the milkshake and we expected to pay for it, but the server didn't charge us. It may be one of those things that depends on what server you get.
