Which phone number for next week???

The disboard thread shows the "normal" DCL booking phone #'s: 800=951-3532 & CC#: 800-449-3380. But the DCL announcement page says early booking for Platinum Gold & Silver should call 800-388-4513. Is this something new?

No, there's always been a number dedicated to Castaway Club. Personally, I call both and see which one answers first.

Yes, but that dedicated Castaway Club # is 800-449-3380. This is an entirely different number shown on the new itinerary page for "early booking".
