Which parks on which days?

I’m trying to decide which parks to do which days. We have all day Sat, Sun, Mon & morning & afternoon Tuesday starting April 14th and will be staying at Polynesian. We want both a morning (to RD FOP) and an evening at AK for safari, tiffins & ROL, all day at Epcot, morning and afternoon at MK & probably just morning or just evening at HS. If MK made sense on the Sunday, we would do EMM & we would love to do the frozen dessert party if it’s an option. Any suggestions?
