Which parks on the weekends?

We are going April 16-24. We had originally planned to just do Disney, but then we added some days and we are going to do Universal Studios/IOA also. We will have Friday afternoon through the following Friday all day in the parks, so essentially 7.5 days. My question is which parks would you choose to do on the busier weekend days? We've only done Universal once before and Disney several times but not during COVID so I'm really not sure where I'd rather be on the weekend? Will Disney see lower crowds than Universal or does one company have a better grasp on wait times etc?

I suggest Universal during the week - Tuesday/Wednesday. Then AK and Epcot on the weekend.
