Which park pass?

I could use some help deciphering all the special deals out there for park tickets. We (2 adults, kids 12 and 5) have ressies for PBH for 4 nights beginning May 20. We would like a day at Sea World and the rest of time at IOA, USF, and Citywalk. I don't anticipate returning to the area within a year. Does it make more sense to go with the FlexTickets, Power Pass, AP, AAA 2-park rate ... or something else? I've a got the Entertainment book, Fan Club and AAA memberships. Thanks!
