We are going to universal and Disney with one day at a Disney waterpark

I am trying to start booking our ADR - I can start tomorrow !

I'm having trouble deciding which park to go on which day to maximize our time
we will only have one day for each park- but, I do have park hopper tickets

sun- arrival
Monday- universal/harry potter
Tuesday - universal
Wednesday- waterpark
Thursday - Hollywood
Friday- magic kingdom
Saturday - animal kingdom
Sunday Epcot
Monday- leave

this is what I am thinking- I have heard the parks with the magic hours are the busiest on that day

I'm open for suggestions
it is just 3 of us going for my sons 11 birthday
August 12-20

Thurs is usually a good MK day. then I'd probably do AK, HS, Epcot.

EMH parks are not crowded until late morning/early afternoon. So if you can get the park when it opens for EMH it's highly recommended.

We usually do MK on a Monday or Thursday. I haven't been to universal in forever so I am not sure on their crowd levels but I do watch a lot of Tim Tracker and his recommendation is the same with WDW for Universal, get there early to maximize your enjoyment. I think that time in August isn't too crazy since a lot of kids go back to school early. We went last Aug 11-15 and crowds at WDW weren't terrible. Not the levels they were at Christmas that's for sure.

I would do:

Thurs. - MK (probably your best bet for lowest crowds)
Fri. - Epcot
Sat. - HS
Sun. - AK

Doing AK on your last day will maximize your chance of getting FP+ for FoP if that is of interest to you.
