We arrive on Sunday the 25th--we're going to Studios to catch a little Star Wars weekend action, and I was planning on AK on Monday (EE) but now I'm wondering if going to a water park would be better. Or worse? Help. Also, Tuesday was going to be our first MK day, but are Tuesday's really bad? I've been hearing Tues is a crowded day. There's no fireworks that nite, will that lower the crowds? So many questions, so little time. Thanks!

We are doing Epcot on Memorial Day, it is a big park and seems to be easier to spread out in. If it gets too crowded we are going to go relax by the pool or resort hop.

Hey! We are doing the EE and then going to EPCOT in the evening. This touring plan worked well for us at X-mas...so we are going to try it again for Memorial Day. Other opinions would be appreciated.

Sounds like I'd better see some other lime green ribbons then. I'll also be at Epcot on Memorial Day, figured that park is so big, it can handle the crowds better than some others. Also, we're arriving on the 25th and I'm anxious to see the Flower and Garden activities. During the day on Tuesday we were planning to see the Boardwalk, World Showcase, Beaches and Cream, and leave MK for that evening-E night. We also may go to MK Wednesday morning. How do our plans sound?

I don't think a Water Park on Memorial Day would be a good idea. Since it is a holiday, you may get a lot of attendance from the "locals". This is purely speculation, but I don't know of ANY Water Park that isn't crowded on a summer Holiday.

We are going to Epcot on Monday and Tuesday and MK on Wednesday. How weird, we kinda have the same plans. We are doing MGM Thursday. How long are you guys staying.

I'll be at EPCOT too on Memorial Day. We are doing the Princess Storybook breakfast and are eating a late lunch at Le Cellier. Maybe we will see some DISers....

Looks like Epcot is a good plan! I bet we'll do AK in the early am, then head over to Epcot. I wish we were there for more then 5 days! My boys' major thing they want to do is the water parks, so I've got to figure out how to make sure we have enough time there.

You guys have great advice!

We'll be there from 5/25-6/1, during the week at OKW, weekend at FW. If anyone is at OKW that week, just follow the trumpet sounds (DS insists on practicing during vacation-those music majors!) Actually, we don't really plan on hitting MK except during E nights all week. Going to do alot of swimming, Epcot, resort hopping.

We will be doing Epcot on Memorial Day, too! We are starting the day off with the Princess Storybook Breakfast. We are just going to be flexible... if it gets too crowded, we will head back to the Poly for fun in the pool.

Are there more than two e-nights that week? I thought they were only on the 27th and the 29th.

E-rides are the 10th, 17th, 24th, 27th, and 30th of May!
We are planning a water park day on Memorial day. We had a few cast members tell us to avoid MK on the actual day of the holiday because alot of locals come in and MK is where most end up. We will visit MK on 27th since it is an e-ride night and FITS and Spectro will also be that night.
themeparks.com has a schedule of all events that you can print out for reference and they update it whenever needed.
