Which park first HKDL or SDL for easier travel?

Hello, I'm looking at possibly doing a trip to HKDL and SDL for March 2021. I'll be flying in/out of LAX and utilizing the 144 hour visa. Does it make a difference to fly into Shanghai first from LAX or is it just fine flying from Hong Kong into Shanghai? With limited days off, I'd have to go to one of the parks over a weekend. I'd prefer to do HK first as I don't want to go to SDL on a weekend. But wondering if one way or the other is more difficult. Any thoughts are appreciated! Thank you.

HKDL on weekends is better than SDL on weekends.

I'd recommend trying to avoid SDL on the weekend if you can. HK is a smaller park and there will be less "adjusting" to the culture...
