Which parade at MK starts in Frontierland and ends at Main Street?

I know that one parade starts in Frontierland and ends at Main Street and then the other parade is reverse.

Can someone please tell me the routes?

I remember being up above at the Train Station at Main Street and getting the parade come right at us from Main St. So it must be the night parade. I could be wrong, maybe someone else will know more.

It's the Share a Dream Come True Parade and it starts at 3pm.

As kandm said, the 3 o'clock parade starts in Frontierland. I also think (though I am not positive) that if there are two runnings of Spectro at night, one runs in one direction and one runs in the other.

The day parade Always starts in Frontierland and ends on Main Street. The Night parade (regardless if there is one or two) always starts on Main Street and ends in Frontierland. This way there is not a mob at the front entrance after the night parade, if it started at Frontierland everyone would be following behind it to exit and cause mass chaos...The only exception to this is if they are filming Spectro for some reason. If they are filming then it will run from Frontierland to Main Street in order to have the castle behind the parade as it comes down Main Street but this is very rare (probably only a handful of time in a year... just wanted to throw that in there as there is always someone that saw Spectro run the other direction)...Day Parade Frontierland to Main Street...Night parade Main Street to Frontierland (even if there are 2 night parades both run the same direction).
