Which order to reserve?

We have a 2-night stay in late January and would like to reserve dining for 7 people. We need exact days for our choices since our stay is short. With that in mind, when we get to our 180-day window, in which order would you reserve the restaurants below? Or if I'm right on top of it at 6:00 am EST does it make a difference? In past trips I quickly reserved CRT as soon as the window opened but maybe there isn't a rush for these?

BOG breakfast (hoping for 8:00 am-mainly eating here for access to 7DMT)
1900 Park Fair dinner (5:00-6:00 preferred)
Chef Mickey breakfast (7:30-9:00 preferred)

I would do BOG, CM, 1900

CM, BOG, 1900. However, you probably won't have any trouble getting what you want at 6am 180. At first I thought BOG, but since you have a party of 7, which will put you at an 8 top, I put CM first. BOG breakfast fills up based on body count, not tables. Any ADR time from 8am to about 825am should get you into BOG right at 8am.

I’d do CM and 1900 PF first, then work on BOG. If you have trouble finding a reservation for 7 people at BOG, break it into smaller groups. It's self seating so you’ll be able to sit together.
