Well I am planning to visit Orlando 4 days in Disney and 2 days in universal, all my family want the express pluss plass from universal and I checked a few days ago and it was 25 dollars per person but today when I was going to buy them universal increase all the prices from the express pluss passes so it change all my planning

Now my options are the following

OPTION 1
26/3: AK
27/3: Island of adventure
28/3: Epcot
29/3: Universal Studios

express plus pass will cost me: $210 dolars (3 persons)
40 dolars in sunday, 25 on tuesday

Or

OPTION 2
26/3: Epcot
27/3: AK
28/3: Universal Studios
29/3: Island of adventure

express plus pass will cost me:: $255 (3 persons)
40 dolars each day

Before the price increase the passes were 160 dolars for those days, dam you universal if only i buy them a few days ago XD

well what option will you choose? express plus passes can continue to encrease? Thank you so much

I would vote for staying onsite for one night. You'll get express pass (unlimited-big difference) for both your check-in day and your check-out day. Depending on the rate, you'll probably come out around even and be able to use the pool and have a place to crash throughout the day. Good luck in your decision but staying on site is priceless!

I guess I would go with this option mainly because it's a little less expensive but if you get to the parks early, you should be able to do some of the major attractions w/o too much of a wait. You are coming during a busy period and I guess the anticipated crowd levels have increased which is the main reason for the increase in price for the EP. You might consider waiting until you arrive to purchase the EPs especially if you get there at opening but the prices could increase between now and then.

Even if you already booked your hotel....if you are spending $255 on express passes that you can only use ONCE per ride, you may be able to book a room on site for one night for LESS than the $255 you'll spend on the express passes. That way you will have UNLIMITED express for TWO full days! You won't be shelling outany more money than you would if you buy the passes and you'll have a place to go relax by the pool if you want a break from the parks.

Lots of people book a room with not staying in it. Or just use it in the middle of the day for a break.:thumbsup2 Also you get early entry into WWOHP.

Doubtful this time of year and this late.

i checked hotels for those days and some days it said We're sorry
Rooms are not available at any of the hotels at Universal Orlando for your requested dates
and the others the cost is MORE than 340 dollars in Loews Royal Pacific and more in the other two, i think is too much =( so besides the money the great question is which option is better?

OPTION 1
26/3: AK
27/3: Island of adventure
28/3: Epcot
29/3: Universal Studios

OPTION 2

I'd go with the cheaper option, both because you are spending less money for the same thing, and also because express pass pricing is based on crowd levels - cheaper express passes suggest lower crowds that day.

i'm REALLY REALLY glad i bought de tickets a few days ago, today universal increase AGAIN the prices IA cost almost every day 55 dollars amd US cost 40 dollars i can't beleive how much de prices increase when the date is arriving XD

in febrery both parks for the last week of march were almost ALL DAYS 26 dollars
Last week were both parks between 26 dollars and 40 dollars
AND NOW both parks are between 40 and 55 dollars

i wouldn't be surprise now for another price increase
