Hollywood and Vine or 50's Prime Time cafe? My children are 9, 7, 4 1/2, and 3.

I prefer HV as it is buffet and the kids will have more choices plus eat more of what they like. Also the buffet includes dessert ie make your own sunday and many others.

50's Prime Time is fun with Mom.

For food quality, I'd pick 50sPT.

My nephew went with us to 50sPT a few years ago and he enjoyed it. At first, he didn't really know why the waitress was picking on him and telling him he had to eat his green beans. He loved it when she brought them back as a green bean sundae. I think it is a neat, fun atmosphere.

Compared to the buffet at H&V where the wait staff are few and the food sits under heat lamps but gets cold.

I would say 50s we are taking the niece to 50s prime time.

50's prime time has TV's as well as entertaining waitstaff.
you may have to clean your own table but that is the fun.

Buffets are nice but you can end up paying much more for alot of hassle

PT50's has awesome milkshakes.
Food is homestyle the roastbeef, kinda small portion, is really good.

for the parents their is a full bar =)

We have been to 50's a few times and love the food....the food at H&V is disgusting

Definitely Primetime!!!! It is one of our must-do restaurants each trip. The food is great and it can be a lot of fun if you get the right server!!

Definitely Primetime!. I didnt like the food at H&V at all. When my nephew came to WDW when he was 4 he had a blast at PT. He still talks about it and calls himself Spanky, my husband -Scooter, my bil - Butch, and myself Peaches (these are the names the waitress gave us). He still gives my sister a hard time becauset he waitress made her do homework.
