My honey's family has decided that they want to join in on our vacation next year. We are planning to go in December. Now, there are lots of variables here. Launda and Tom are easy. They are an old married couple in their 40's with no kids. Tom will ride anything. Launda will ride almost anything. Becca is the mom to Felicia and Michael. Becca will be 40 and the kids will be 16 and 17. Becca may or may not have a significant other along for the ride. She goes through men like kleenex. lol Becca had gastric bypass about 5 years ago and has had some health issues recently. Michael has some hearing loss and Felicia is just the oh so typical teenager. Pati is my mother outlaw. Pati had quadruple bypass surgery about 3 years ago, has diabetes, emphysema, congestive heart failure, and is in generally poor health. Then you have me and Gabby. I am definately a very fluffy Pooh-sized person, but can ride just about everything at WDW. Gabby has high blood pressure, but is otherwise ok.
The last time this family went to MGM was when it first opened and was horrible because it had only about 5 things open to do at that point. Now, I love MGM and I think the kids would like it much better than Epcot. Epcot is Pati's favorite, but the rest of the family has a thing for MK. I would love to take them to MGM. Pati will most likely be using a scooter all day. The kids will most likely go off and do their own thing at some point. I think MGM could keep us busy for the day. I love AK, but it would be lost on this group.
So, which park do you think we should do? Thanks. Maggie
