Which NYC hotel has the best concierge service?

Which hotel (individual or chain) in New York City do you think has the best concierge service, especially for families with young children? We're planning a trip there for next Thanksgiving.

Not sure but they are not offering it at the Swan/Dolphin any more and I LOVED it there.

Other place I tried was the BWI - very nice

So if you want concierge, you can't have it at S/D hotels
