I will be on the phone in the morning to try to make our first DVC reservation. Does it matter whether I use the toll free or 407 number? Have you vets found that getting through on one is usually easier than the other on busy call in days?

Thanks for the help and good luck to all who bought into SSR tomorrow!

It shouldn't matter which number you use.

While I can't be 100% certain (don't know exactly how the MS system is set up), it's most likely set up so that both numbers dump the calls into the same queue. Once your call is in the queue, it gets answered on a first in, first out basis.

That said, it's entirely possible that you will encunter a busy signal tomorrow when using the 800 number. If so, go ahead and try the 407 number. You might have better luck using that.

Hope you get your first choice of dates and room.

Thanks Carol! I'll have my cell and land-line redailing so will just hope for the best. I look forward to reading all the posts tomorrow after everyone gets their reservations.

My guide told me the 407 # is easier to get through on.... But with the "cheap skate" I can be I plan on calling the 800 number first and trying my luck with that! Good luck to you on your ressies! I'm really curious to see how many of us will be calling in the am!

do you believe will be looking for to book ssr and what do you believe will be the wait time.
