Which number do I use for Touring Plans?

I was just noticing that where I put our reservation number in for our room requests I have two. Disney sent me a reminder email today to do online check in (which I've already done) and the reservation is a different one than the one that is listed on MDE account. That one they call my confirmation #. Which one do I use? I'm a little confused.

As I said in another thread, use the MDE number. That's the one I used and I got the room right next door to the one I asked for!

Thanks, I left it the one that was on MDE. My fax went last night so I was a little in a hurry. Didn't mean to post it to much. Thanks again for the help.
