We shared all the time at POR/POFQ. Only after 3:00pm did the MK bus split so POR and POFQ had their own buses. The queue for these resorts is shared on the return trips from the parks so it can make for some longs lines and waits. IMO, it does not compare to CSR (terrific transportation) at all. The one good thing at POFQ is you are on first and off first.

We have tried the other mods and have always come back to POFQ. The Carribean and Coranodo are very spread out and, after a long and tireing day in the parks, the last thing we want to do is do more walking to get to our beds!!!!:rotfl: We love bldg. 4 as it is closest to the bus stops and the food court. The food court is not too bad. We only ate breakfast there so cannot comment on the lunch and dinner. The landscaping and themeing are fantastic! The pool slide might be a little young for you but the pool itself is wonderful. Last year there were four teens with us and they loved the pool in spite of the slide!
Where ever you stay, have a wonderful time!!!!

:surfweb: We, my wife, daughter, 12 at the time and son 6 at the time stayed at the Carribean Beach Resort on our first trip to Disney in 05 :cool1: we loved the resort, the grounds are very pretty, the rooms were nice the food court and Shutters resturant were very nice. My only complaint was the theme pool seemed a little small and the water was warm. Those arent really complaints though. :confused3
I would reccomend that if you choose CBR that you ask for a preferred room location. we were in building 26 in Martinique which is right next door to Old Port Royal, where the food court and theme pool are, it is also a very  short walk to a bus stop. Im not sure if you can request the specific building, we just used the preferred room option and thats what we got.

When we planned our trip in 06 I voted to return there, but my wife wanted to try somthing new and my daughter wanted to use the slide at Coronado Springs' theme pool. We loved that resort too!, but again we were in Casistas #1 which is right next store to the Pepper Market

You will have fun at which ever you choose, I have a friend at work who always stays at POFQ, she says it is very nice and very quiet, she loves it:rotfl:

We've only stayed at the french quarter and we loved it and will be going back in May. Good luck and let us know what you decide! :)
