My husband, 11 & 8 year old are planning a trip in spring of 2006, and we are wondering which moderate resort is the best place to stay, any suggestions?

I have stayed at POR, POFQ and CSR. I liked POR the best. CSR is geared toward convention business and it is a larger resort. POR has boat rides ot DTD which is a nice plus. Also, if you stay at POR, you could request Alligator Bayou area and tell them you need a unit with a trundle bed. I believe it costs about $15 more, but this way each child would have their own bed in case they are not used to sleeping together.

Trundle beds are now free

We've stayed at all the moderates and we really love CSR the best. The pool and slide are wonderful, the Pepper Market has really good food and a lot of variety, the grounds are beautifully landscaped... My husband likes to try new resorts, but even he likes to return to CSR. :goodvibes

Though we enjoyed the CSR, we really liked the CBR. Great atmosphere. We upped for the AKL this time around but we would definitely go back to CBR.
