My advice: Don't repeat anything at all!
Unless you have several days at each park there's no reason to repeat anything. 80% of the rides at Disney are 5-yr-old-friendly. Expose her to as many different experiences as possible.
At least not via FP+, unless you are going to be there for more than a week.
MK most certainly has way more than 3 good attractions to FP.
At five, and really any age, tastes vary a TON. Some folks love thrill rides, others abhor them. Some girls love princess, others hate the idea.
A good base strategy is to try and ride everything once. Over many visits, that is still our basic strategy. The only thing we generally skip, is anything with a very long wait! Well, there a few other attractions we see only rarely, but that list is very personal. It's as personal as each family member, and each visit. Young girls maybe LOVE It's a Small World, where maybe teens/adult dads have a harder time appreciating it's finer points.
Still my dad and adult sister can't think of skipping the Peoplemover.
At Epcot, the park is not so much about planning FP, as it is seeing nonFP+ things. Indeed the tiered FP+ at both Epcot and HS means picking just one favorite from the top tier.
All that said, once you are AT WDW, if you wan to ride anything twice, you likely will have ample opportunity! Some attractions will have long waits, especially in the peak hours (11am - 4pm), but many will be reasonable. Under new FP+, you can also change your FP. the system is still working out the kinks, but the ability to change FP's reliable SHOULD be fairly easy as the system matures.
Splash and Space Mtn don't become more scary at night. both are pretty neat after dark because of the amazing lighting. the main two that would be more scary at night are probably Haunted Mansion and Tower of Terror, maybe the Yeti ride. Because those involve spirits/a hidden beast.
We're not big on parades, but I would suggest you DO make time to see the night time parade at MK, and the fireworks of both Epcot and MK! I'll also give a plug for HS' Fantasmic.
