which mexican restaurant is in the "pyramid"? It looks like an outdoor market and has the boat ride?

is it San Angel Inn or La Hacienda de San Angel?

Also, is it child friendly? We went in to ride the boat last time and looked like a nice place for dinner? But this time we will have dd with us and she will be 17 months old when we go.

That would be San Angel Inn. I was there once and wasn't impressed. I can't answer whether it was kid-friendly or not because I don't remember! Plus it was kind of dark so if there were kids there I didn't see them. But in general I think most of the Disney restaurants are kid-friendly.

Yes that is San Angel Inn.

And we loved it! Such a fabulous atmosphere, the food was great as well as the service.

Didn't have any children with us when we dined, but yes it is kid friendly....it is WDW after all!!!

Enjoy, we sure did!!! ;)

I was there in Oct. It is the San Angel and it is kid friendly and a beautiful place to eat. The chips and salsa are freshly made and very good. And of course I have to finish it off with the flan.:lovestruc

I have eaten at both restaurants and while San Angel Inn cannot be beat for location and lovely view, I found the food at Hacienda to be far, far superior.

Ate at San Angel Inn 2 weeks ago. Loved it! The salsa is super spicy, though. Just be prepared. I ordered something with a chile relleno. It was really delicious. Forgot the name though. Looking at the volcano and the boats going by was a real treat!

The San Angel Inn is a lot of fun! Especially if you go for lunch - what a wonderful respite the darker atmosphere is!

We thought the food at San Angel Inn was great, but the service was SO slow - tricky with a 7-, 4- and 1 1/2 year old!

It is San Angel Inn and there will be plenty of kids of all ages there.

Love San Angel for the atmosphere, but thought the food was better at La Hacienda. Like them both though!
