Which Loop?

Camping at Fort Wilderness in April with our 4 children, three 12 year olds and a 10 year old. My son wants to stay where he can be close to fishing. I was thinking loop 600 or 1300. Any thoughts? We reserved premium so I know I can "request" a loop. Thanks for your help!

Welcome to The Dis. I'd go with 600, the fishing is pretty good there. Be sure to bring some night crawlers/worms and hot dogs work well also.

Thanks! I have received lots of info on this site already...we have camped at FW several times and did not know about the outside cart rental. Checking into that as well.

We love the 1300 loop, but I must say that we ourselves did not do any fishing last year, but the camper next to us caught fish daily.

We also will be renting a cart from Steve this time.
