We usually spend 2 days in Epcot and plan to do the same on our trip next year. We still have MONTHS until we can make ADRs (March 8 :rotfl:) but I figured i'd start planning out where we want to eat because it's one of the best parts of planning a Disney vacation ;)

One day we'd like to do dinner at either Tutto Italia vs. Via Napoli

For our second day, we'd like to do dinner at La Hacienda or San Angel Inn.

Any opinions/ reviews/ anything on these places?

Thanks :thumbsup2

We love Via Napoli. Depends on the kind of meal you're looking for though - Via is known for the pizza, but Tutto is more traditional Italian with some good pasta dishes. Depends what you want.

The Mexican restaurants are more similar as far as offerings, but we find San Angel Inn to be a dark space with a different vibe. La Hacienda is bright and pretty, and if you're lucky you can get a lagoon view. Some people try to time their ADR with Illuminations in hope of a lagoon view table.

My family prefers Via Napoli over Tutto, but I agree it depends on what you are looking for. Tutto is a more traditional Italian restaurant with good pastas. VN has yummy pizzas, along with some very good appetizers (e.g., Arancini), non-pizza entrees (e.g., Linguini alla Scoglio) and desserts (e.g., Coppa Di Brutti Ma Buoni).

We can get fabulous pizza 2 blocks from home, so at WDW we prefer Tutto Italia. We also like la Hacienda over San Angel. Not a fan of the darkness or the cramped and crowded seating inside the pyramid.

I'm a big fan of Via Napoli. I love the pizzas, but I haven't been to tutto for a long time. I do remember the food being very good at both. As far as Mexican, I haven't been inside for a very long time, but my family enjoys La hacienda. The food outside is closer to the Mexican that is found in here in Texas; whereas, the food inside is not more authentic. I'm not saying La Hacienda isn't authentic. Being from Texas, I prefer La Hacienda more.

Via over Tutto. We love Via Napoli. It is our favorite Disney restaurant. Tutto was okay, but we did not feel it was anything special in which we couldn't get at an Italian restaurant around home. We love Italian food, so it is hard to get a great rating from our family on Italian food.

Like most, we also can get better (fill in the blank ...Mexican, Italian, Chinese, ...whatever..) authentic ethnic food a block or mile or..? away from home. And oh yes, it is much cheaper too!

That aside, we think Via Napoli has better food quality, is more fun, and enjoy the food selections a lot more than Tutto.
San Angel is a must do for us every trip. Love the newer (as of a few years ago) menu and atmosphere much more than La Hacienda.
Just my humble opinion but wherever you go, sure hope you have a magical time!

My choice would be Via Napoli if you want pizza and Tutto Italia if you want pasta. We haven't tried either of the Mexican Restaurants.

I've never been to Tutto but we love Via Napoli. I prefer La Hacienda over San Angel. Not so much for the desserts but definitely for the food.

We prefer Via over Tutto - We love the food at Via - but we have also never had a bad meal at Tutto..we would not hesitate to go back there.
We prefer San Angel to La Hacienda. We have eaten at San Angel many times and have had good to excellent meals there. We ate at La Hacienda once and we were underwhelmed.

I haven't tried either of the Mexican restaurants yet, but put me down for another vote for Via Napoli! It's my all-time favorite WDW restaurant - I've never had a bad experience or meal there. Everything is delicious and the service has always been great. I love it :)

My parents both love pizza and pasta so I'm sure they'd find something at either restaurant. I see more I would like at Tutto such as the salmon. I see nothing that is somewhat healthy at Via except a salad, but who wants that at Disney? :rotfl:

I have a ressie at both San Angel and Via in Oct. so I'm really happy see this feedback :yay:

For me, there is no reason to go to Tutto. As many have said, VN has its strength in pizzas and Tutto is better for "traditional Italian dinners. But if you want the latter, the food at Il Mulino is so much better that it makes no sense to pay more money for lesser quality food at Tutto. So for us, we go to VN for pizza and Il Mulino for everything else.

As for the Mexican choices, both have let us down so much that we are done. Gun to the head, I would choose La Hacienda. But I prefer not to dine by force or coercion.

Agree but if anyone is on the dining plan, it's not accepted at Il Mulino. Just something else to consider.

I have to admit the one ADR that I am questioning is San Angel. I still may change it as the menu doesn't really thrill me. We are eating at Il Mulino our arrival night and can't wait as I have heard such great things about it.
