Which is the better deal?

I have no idea if I am asking this in the right place or not...We are wanting to go to a water park on our next trip. Will we get a better deal using our AP discount or our DVC member discount? Can you even get a discount with either of those options? Thanks

For water park, $4 off regular price for adult, $3 for child using either DVC card or AP; you cannot mix the two to get a double discount.

Thanks for the information. How do I buy the tickets in advance with my discount? Or do I have to buy them at the gate?
