Which hotel has the best character breakfast? I know there's Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel, but there are a few at the other Disney hotels as well, right? Has anyone been to any of these?

Here is the list of different breakfasts, I hope this helps. - Of them all, I prefer Goofy's the most, but then again, it is typically the most crowded. I also like the practically perfect tea, but I don't know your family, so it may not be appropriate for them. (These are copied from Family Fun Magazine) :
GOOFY'S KITCHEN
Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel features character buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet has a bountiful spread including Mickey Mouse waffles, and the lunch and dinner buffets feature carved beef and ham as well as several other entrées, a dessert bar, and salad bar. While you eat, the "classic" characters come around for a visit.

Breakfast runs from 7 to 11:30 A.M. daily and the price is $16.95 for adults, $9.95 for children 3 - 11, and $3.95 for children under 3. Lunch runs from noon to 2 P.M. daily and the price is $17.95 for adults, $9.95 for children 3 - 11, and $3.95 for children under 3. Dinner is held from 5 to 9 P.M. daily and the price is $26.95 for adults, $9.95 for children 3 - 11, $3.95 for children under 3. For priority seating, call (714) 956-6755.

MINNIE AND FRIENDS AT THE PCH GRILL
The PCH Grill in the Paradise Pier Hotel offers a buffet breakfast with all the traditional favorites as well as Japanese breakfast items. A song and dance show is followed by tableside visits with Minnie Mouse, Merlin the Magician, and Belle and Gaston from BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 11 A.M. daily. The price is $16.95 for adults, $9.95 for children 3 - 11, and $3.95 for children under 3. For priority seating, call (714) 956-6755.

HAPPY CAMPERS BREAKFAST AT STORYTELLERS CAFE
Disneyland's newest resort, the sumptuous Grand Californian Hotel, is home to a daily breakfast offering both an à la carte menu and a farmers' market buffet. Chip 'n Dale meet and greet guests and there is both music and plenty of photo ops.

Breakfast is from 6:30 to 11 A.M. Prices are $17.95 for adults, $9.95 for children 3 - 11, and $3.95 for children under 3. For priority seating, call (714) 956-6755.

BREAKFAST IN THE PARK AT THE PLAZA INN
The only character meal that is actually held inside the Disneyland park is the breakfast offered daily at the Plaza Inn located on Main Street. The food is served from a food-court style venue, meaning you can go to the different counters, choosing whatever you like. A wide range of the "classic" characters are on hand to pose for pictures and sign autographs.

The cost is $17.99 for adults, $9.99 for children 3 - 11, and no charge for children under 3. No reservations are available.

PRACTICALLY PERFECT TEA AT THE PARADISE PIER HOTEL
Another fun option is a full British tea served in the charming Victorian parlor of the Paradise Pier Hotel. Everyone's favorite nanny (three guesses as to whom this might be) arrives "spit-spot" to welcome her guests with tunes such as "Spoonful of Sugar" and "Chim Chim Cheree."

Breakfast tea at 10 A.M. features scones with jam, mini-quiches, crepes, and other delicate delights, along with Mickey Mouse waffles for the kids. The midday tea (12:30 and 3 P.M.) adds a selection of sandwiches and desserts.

The teas are offered every weekend and Wednesday year-round but the schedule is expanded during the summer and holidays. The cost is $21.95 for adults and $13.50 for children 11 and under. For reservations, and to confirm tea-times for the date you'll be visiting, call (714) 956-6755.

Thanks, Tina! The Minnie and friends breakfast at PCH sounds interesting--have you done that one? I would love to see Beauty and the Beast!

"Disneyland's newest resort, the sumptuous Grand Floridian Hotel" HUH??? lol I think you mean CALIFORNIAN

I heard that at the PPH they have you go round the room in a kanga line or w maracas...

A better number to try for resssies is 714-781- DINE
you can set them up 30 days in advance- mine is all set for Goofy's!!

The one at the PCH is one of the few that I haven't done. However I do love the PCH (I was lucky enough to go there for several "normal" meals, as well as a special California Wine Tasting Event) and the food is always great, so I'm sure you won't have a problem with that.

Above all have fun, and make sure the characters know that you're raring to go(feel free to wave...it actually makes it easier for them to know who is in the "vibe").
Let me know how it goes
~Tina
P.S. - as per the list, I just copied it from Family fun magazine, I'll make the edit right now...ya caught me. :)

The only one I have done (did it for brunch) was Goofy's. It was great, lots of fun.
